ARA visitor analytics enables the automated analysis of people flow for marketing purposes, occupancy optimization, and security. This allows decisions to be taken more efficiently based on factual information about occupancy over time. ARA visitor analytics does not miss a person, even those who are only visible from behind or have their face covered. It also provides insightful information about occupancy, movements, and length of stay. The solution is flexible enough to be used for a variety of business applications.
ARA is ideally suited for public spaces. At airports, for example, ARA visitor analytics can provide insight into the use of kiosks, restrooms, vending machines, entrances and exits, elevators, and stairs. These insights can be used to trim costs and optimize people flow.
It is also possible to use the application in stores and malls. For example, ARA can be applied to analyze the traffic around escalators or optimize the walking routes both inside and outside stores. ARA can adjust the layout based on measurable statistics and A/B test different layouts in real time. The solution can be deployed in urban areas such as entertainment zones where crowds gather. Using a heat map, ARA visitor analytics can easily map such hotspots so that emergency services can be better prepared.
ARA was already an expert in anonymizing images, and privacy is not an issue for the visitor analytics module. ARA excludes any form of identification or profiling and is fully compliant with the AVG regulations.
